Museum Fundraising booklet
Over an intense 18 month period, P&K worked with local government, the community and the museum’s non-profit organizers to develop a master plan, lead fund-raising efforts, and gain City Council’s approval for a multi-million dollar, 99-year lease.
As sometimes happens, small-town politics then intervened. After the lease was granted, two out-of-state firms were ultimately hired to execute the pro-bono master plan.
